What you can do with the assistant
This page is task-by-task: what you can ask the assistant to do, how to ask it (and which composer button to use), and what you get back. You don't learn any commands — you type in plain English. Each task below is one thing a real user wants to get done.
Where you do all of this: top navigation → Agent Hub → New Conversation. Leave the agent on JARVIS (it auto-routes) or pick a specialist — Vision for design/visuals, Trinity for finance/quotes, etc. (see AI Agents). Type your request, press Enter. Results appear as cards or on the canvas.
Find materials and products
What it's for: finding items in the catalogue without knowing exact names. How to do it: just describe what you want in the message box — e.g. “matte black porcelain floor tiles, large format, for a bathroom” — and send. What you get: a row of product cards, plus a small “search spec” card that shows the colours, materials and styles it searched on (so you can see why each result matched and refine: “warmer tones, smaller format”). Then: click a card to open the product, or tell the assistant “add the second one to a moodboard.”
Find a material from a photo
What it's for: you have a picture of a finish and want to find similar real products. How: click the 📎 attachment button in the composer, add the photo, and say “find materials like this.” What you get: visually-matched product cards.
Get ideas from a web page or Pinterest pin
What it's for: turning a reference you found online into a palette and matching products. How: click the 🌐 globe button in the composer, paste the link, send. What you get: an inspiration card showing the page's colour palette (with hex codes), the materials/textures/style it detected and a hero image — plus catalogue products that match. Then: save the ones you like to a moodboard.
Ask about specifications, care or compliance
What it's for: answers from the knowledge base — installation, cleaning, certifications, packaging, catalog details. How: ask the question, e.g. “what's the slip rating and cleaning method for this tile?” What you get: a written answer with the relevant source passages/links.
Design and visualise a room (the Vision agent)
This is the design workflow. Pick Vision from the agent switcher (or just ask JARVIS, which routes design work to Vision), then:
- Generate a room. Attach a photo of the space (or describe it) and ask for a design in a style — e.g. “design this as a warm minimalist living room.” You get a rendered room image (it generates in the background and appears when ready).
- Re-light it (the edit). With that render in the chat, say “show it in warm evening light” (or daylight / golden hour / showroom / night). You get the same room re-rendered under that lighting — useful for showing a client how a space feels at different times.
- Walk through it in 3D/VR. Ask “make a 3D walkthrough” and you get an explorable VR world you can embed in a project's Client View.
- Find the materials in it, then build a presentation sheet — see the next two tasks.
Generate or restyle an image / stage an empty room
What it's for: creating or editing visuals. How: describe the image you want, or attach one and say how to change it (“stage this empty room as a Scandinavian bedroom”). What you get: generated images inline; staging results open in a before/after slider so you can compare. Then: save any result to a moodboard.
Edit just one area of a room image (Region Edit)
What it's for: changing part of a room without regenerating the whole thing — e.g. swap only the floor, or only the sofa. How: with a room image in the chat, open Region Edit — a full-screen mask painter — paint over the zone you want to change, describe the change, and apply. What you get: the same image with only that masked region regenerated (the rest is untouched). Uses credits per edit.
Generate a short video
What it's for: turning a room/product into a short marketing clip. How: ask for a video and the kind you want — a walkthrough, a product spotlight, a before/after, a floorplan fly-through, or a social reel (9:16, with audio) for Instagram/TikTok. What you get: a generated video (16:9 by default, 9:16 for reels) rendered into the chat. Note: this creates the clip — it does not post it to your social accounts. Publishing/scheduling and connecting accounts is a separate feature (see Profile → Social Accounts); social-media management isn't done from the chat.
Make a client presentation sheet
What it's for: a polished A3 deliverable. How: ask for the sheet type you want — “make a material board / colour palette / lighting plan / FF&E schedule / full deck.” For interactive sheets (lighting plan, annotated render) the chat opens a small canvas where you place symbols or callouts. What you get: a PDF saved to your moodboard. Full detail: Presentation sheets.
Keep an eye on a product's price or a brand's reputation
What it's for: ongoing monitoring. How: “track the price of this product” or “track mentions of [brand]”, then later “how is [brand] doing this week?” or “show me any negative coverage.” What you get: the subject is tracked from then on (with alerts), and summary cards showing price min/median/max, or mention volume, sentiment, top outlets — even whether AI assistants recommend the brand. For a free one-off check without signing up, use Free Tools → Price/Mention scan.
Find relevant jobs on a schedule
What it's for: recurring job discovery. How: “track senior interior designer jobs in Athens, daily,” then “what new jobs did you find?” What you get: a running search that posts matches into the conversation and sends a consolidated daily/weekly digest.
SEO research & content admin / owner
What it's for: growing the site's search traffic. How: ask in plain language — “research keywords for porcelain tiles,” “audit our homepage,” “who are our search competitors,” “check our backlinks,” or “write an SEO article about underfloor heating.” What you get: structured report cards (keyword difficulty/volume/intent, SERP and on-page audits, domain & competitor analysis, backlinks, trends, even YouTube/Amazon/Reddit results), and for articles a researched, planned, written and analysed draft.
Ask for a deep analysis admin / owner
What it's for: in-depth answers that go beyond a quick reply — the assistant hands the question to a specialist sub-analysis. How: just ask the kind of question and it routes automatically; you can also be explicit. There are four:
| Ask for… | What it does | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Research analysis | Deep research on materials, sustainability, industry trends and technical specs. | “Research low-carbon alternatives to cement-based tiles.” |
| Analytics analysis | Data, performance metrics, usage patterns and statistical insights (KPIs, interpretation, data-driven recommendations). | “What do our search and engagement metrics say this month?” |
| Business analysis | Business intelligence — market, competitive insights, pricing and strategy. | “Give me a competitive read on the Greek tile market.” |
| Product analysis | Products & catalog — comparisons, specifications, recommendations, lifecycle. | “Compare these three porcelains and recommend one for wet areas.” |
What you get: a written, structured analysis (not just a product list).
Estimate a project's material cost
What it's for: a quick budget for a set of materials. How: after finding/listing materials, ask “what would these cost for 40 m²?” What you get: a total estimated cost worked out from each material's price, quantity and unit.
Find suppliers and grow your CRM admin / owner
What it's for: B2B prospecting. How: “find manufacturers of terrazzo in Italy,” then “enrich this company and find a contact,” then “save it to CRM.” What you get: sourced companies/contacts (verified emails) you can push straight into CRM.
Build a published catalogue from supplier PDFs admin / owner
What it's for: turning supplier PDFs into a branded online catalogue. How: “create a catalog,” attach the PDFs, then “extract the materials,” (or “translate this PDF into a catalog”), then “generate the catalog PDF and publish it.” What you get: a published catalogue.
Set up projects and log expenses
What it's for: housekeeping from chat. How: “create a project called Kavouri Villa and add a task,” or “create a trip card for the Athens visit, add a €40 taxi, and submit it.” What you get: a real project/task, or an expense card sent to finance.
Manage HR from chat HR app · admin
What it's for: quick HR lookups and actions without opening the module (needs the HR app). How: ask — “who's on leave today?”, “give me an HR overview,” “list my employees,” “add an employee,” or “record 2 days sick leave for [name].” What you get: the answer or the action done — an HR summary, the leave list, the employee added, or the absence recorded.
Skills & toolkits (the assistant extends itself)
What it's for: you don't have to remember which capability to enable — when a task needs more, the assistant loads the right toolkit or skill mid-conversation by itself (the + Toolkit panel by the composer shows what's active and lets you add more). For long jobs it can also run a task in the background and tell you when it's done, and you can ask “how's it going?” to check progress.
Two shortcuts: type / in the message box to pick an action from a menu instead of describing it; and the composer's buttons (📎 attach, 🎤 voice, 🌐 inspiration link) cover the most common inputs.
Not covered here are a few internal/engineering tools (e.g. the “tech radar” research-scoring used by the platform team) — they aren't part of normal day-to-day use.
What's available depends on your mode, role and plan. The design/visualise tasks need Vision mode; SEO articles, B2B and catalogs need an admin/owner role; price/mention/job tracking needs that module enabled. Generation tasks (images, sheets, 3D/VR, scans) use credits — the assistant tells you the cost before it runs.
