Finance Settings
Finance Settings is where you configure the whole money side of your business before issuing your first document. It's one tab on the Finance page that opens into twelve sub-sections — and each one is documented in full, click-by-click, on its own page. Use the cards below (or the sidebar, where the twelve appear nested under Settings).
How to open it: top navigation → Finance → the Settings tab. A second row of sub-tabs appears — one per section below.
Recommended setup order (each step builds on the last): Business Identity → Documents → e-Invoicing → Categories → Pricing → Services → General defaults → Team. Online Store, Statement PDF and Finance Digest can wait until you're live.
The twelve sections
1. General
Document defaults (email, payment terms, VAT, markup) and the issuance/credit-limit safety rules.
2. Business Identity
Your legal issuer details for invoicing & myDATA — bilingual, with Fetch-from-ΑΑΔΕ autofill.
3. Documents
Establishments, numbering series, invoice template & colours, POS terminals, myDATA inbox.
4. e-Invoicing
Novus → myDATA activation status and notes.
5. Pricing
Per-category markup rules that turn catalogue cost into sell price.
6. Categories
Income/expense buckets for documents and reports — add your own or import defaults.
7. Services
Billable non-stock lines (labour, delivery, installation) for quotes, invoices and POS.
8. Team
See members and invite colleagues by role with a generated sign-up link.
9. Online Store
Your public storefront's headline, subheadline and product search.
10. Statement PDF
Brand the account-statement PDF with a cover backdrop and footer.
11. Finance Digest
Schedule a recurring finance summary email to chosen recipients.
12. Payments
How customers pay you online from an emailed invoice.
Once Business Identity, Documents, e-Invoicing, Categories and Services are done, you can issue compliant invoices and run the POS end-to-end. Everything else here is polish you can add as you grow.
